Within 60 days after the date of delivery, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.Unfortunately, gift cards are ineligible for returns. Revant Prescription Lens RequirementsPrescription Level: In general, the further the number on your prescription is from zero, the more correction you need to see clearly. The bigger the number, the stronger the prescription, and therefore the thicker the lens.In order to ensure that your lenses will fit your frames, we typically can only make lenses that fall into a +4.00 to -4.00 range — anything higher than those numbers may be too thick to fit your frames.This level is a general guideline based on average prescriptions and pupillary distance (PD).
Your particular prescription and PD may not be a good match for this frame, even if you fall into the quoted range. This is not common, and we'll let you know ASAP if this isn't an option for you.Why do I have to send in my frame? We need your frames to precisely duplicate your measurements to ensure that the lenses fit, function, and look great in your frames.We make this very easy to do.
