Well, you have several things working against you here. First is the DMG is for Mac, you need to click the Windows link to down load the correct one.

It will be a.zip file with the CameraRaw.8bi plugin in it. Then you move this plugin to replace the current Camera Raw plugin in this folder for CS2-Files/Common Files/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CS2/File FormatsOr this one for Elements 3 or 4-Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop Elements 3.0/Plug-Ins/File FormatsThe second problem (assuming you didn't mean to put CS2 instead of CS) is the 3.1 or later version of Camera Raw is not supported in CS. I am trying to make the switch to Photoshop from Elements, and I must say, I am not impressed with Adobe's lack of following GUI standards for Windows. They did a great job with Elements, but PS and IL have a long way to go.
