Try encoding the movie with the VP6 codec if you can as that codec installed with the game so we know it can handle it. Many video editing tools don't give you a choice of codec so you'd need one (like ) that does. Sims 4 Custom Content Not Working

When I go to my Options, the Audio Option is grayed out.no control possible. I know that I didn't want any sound and would have turned it off everywhere I could but now have no idea where to turn it on. Checked my manual, looked at other games and no clue.
